Florence E. Heinz, 90, formerly of St. Francis Woods, died at 10:09 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, 1995, at Rosewood Care Center of Peoria. Born Feb. 9, 1905, in Alta to Norman H. and Olive M. Campbell Kellar, she married Richard M. Heinz on June 8, 1927, in Alta. He died Dec. 3, 1983, in Rochester, Minn. She also was preceded in death by two grandchildren, five brothers and two sisters. Surviving are one son, Richard O. of Elmwood; one daughter, Audrey Arnold of Princeville; and one sister, Lois Shupe of Dunlap.
