OBITUARY
Mr. Hanson D. Parcell was born Mar 2, 1860 in Ohio. He united with the Church of Christ in Sep 1880. On Aug 30 he was married to Nancy A Conder. Seven children have come into the family, two girls and five boys. One of the boys has died. Mr Parcell died on Jul 17 1907 from injuries received in an accident with a binder while cutting oats after showing the utmost fortitude during the suffering of the day. He was a good husband and father and a good citizen. While he was being assisted all bruised and mangled, through the room where the family were he breathed a prayer for blessing on the little five month old baby and those were almost his last words. The remains were interred at Novelty.
