Shirley E. Weldon, 50, of Monroe died July 25, 1994.
She was born in Walton County on Nov. 8, 1943, daughter of the late Robert Roy Edmondson and the late Myrtle Mitchell Edmondson. She was a member of Walker Baptist Church.
Funeral Services were held July 26 at Walker Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Pulliam and Rev. Don Hardison officiating. Interment was in Westlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers: Fred Bennett, Dan Jackson, Hubert Hawkins, Doyle Mitchell, Jeff McGuffey, and Buck McGuffey.
Survivors include: husband, Danny E. Weldon, Loganville; sisters; Hazel Edmondson and Mary Nell Fisher, Monroe, and Peggy Jenkins, Covington; brothers, John L. Edmondson and James R. (Bud) Edmondson, Covington, and Jimmy Edmondson, Monroe; grandchildren; Jay Weldon and Tee Weldon, Loganville.
Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
