Terry Sneed of McLeansboro Dies
McLEANSBORO. May 13 -- Terry Sneed, a well known farmer and livestock dealer who lived one and one-half miles northwest of McLeansboro, in Hamilton county, died at his residence at 41'5 pm Thursday, May 12. He was 65.
Mr. Sneed lived all his life in Hamilton county and served one term as county treasurer.
He leaves Julia Sneed, his widow, and the following children: Marion and Howard Sneed of McLeansboro; Mrs. Mollie Hall of Belleville, and Mrs. Susie Lee Cross and Mrs. Lena Cross of Belle Rive.
His body will remain at the Donelson Funeral Home in McLeasnboro until Friday afternoon when it will be taken to his home. On Sunday it will lie in state at Blooming Grove church from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at which time the funeral will be held at that place.
