In the 1900 census Minnie was living with the Cooper family in Shelbyville, Black Creek Township, Shelby County, Missouri. Minnie was listed as a servant age 18 born September 1881 in Missouri.

Her obituary in the Seattle Daily Times, Seattle, Washington, Wednesday, October 8, 1947.

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie B, Savage, 65 years old, 2851 22nd Avenue West, will be held at 1 o'clock tomorrow at the Evans Funeral Home, 8740 Greenwood Avenue. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant. She died Monday at her home. Mrs. Savage, born in Shelbina, Missouri, came to Seattle 11 years ago. She was the wife of Robert P. Savage.
Surviving, besides her husband, are four daughters and one son, Mrs. George E. Fraser, of Pueblo, Colorado; Mrs. Lloyd Dunkin, of Moorehead, Minnesota; Mrs. Harold Weidman and Mrs. Ralph Hunter, of Oakland, California, and George E. Forman, Portland, Oregon; two brothers and one sister, L. B. Culler, of Spokane; J. C. Culler, of Bend, Oregon, and Mrs. L. Stuffel, of Belt, Montana; six grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
