Obit - "Mrs Beulah Yates Douthit, age 74 of Gravelly, died August 10th at the Yell County Hospital. Mrs. Douthit was a native of Gravelly, a housewife and the daughter of the late Alic (Alex or Alec as he went by both) and Nancy Crowley (Crawley) Yates. She was a member of the Nola Church of Christ.Survivors include her husband Clyde Douthit of the home, three sons, Emmitt Douthit of Pine Bluff, Lloyd Douthit of Bluffton and Floyd Douthit of Ft. Smith: one brother, Edgar Yates of Waldron; three sisters, Mrs Lou Dishongh of Danville, Mrs. Esta DeFoor of Oklahoma and Mrs. Audie (Aughtie) Hughes of Waldron; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Nola Church of Christ Thursday, August 12th at 2:00 o'clock with Owen Hunnicutt officiating. Interment will be in Parks Cemetery. Arrangements and services are in care of Cornwall Funeral Service."
