George was born the third child, second son of Jesse and Clara Bard Kinsinger in Harborcreek, Pennsylvania. He lived in Erie all of his life andwas a Nursery man for most of it.. He was married to Mary Alice Thompson in 1917 in Erie, Pa. and to this marriage were born two sons, George Donald and Wilber Dean. He was married a second time to Mary M Lohse, (1895-1941), who preceded him in death. He had 14 grandchildren. He was a member of the Eastminster United Presbyterian Church.
