L.F. Camp Dies Here After Long Illness of Two Years
L.F. Camp died at his home in Carnegie Saturday after an illness of two years. Rev. T. Mulder conducted the funeral services at Alfalfa Baptist church, Sunday at 2:30 and burial took place in the Alfalfa cemetery.
Levi Franklin Camp was born February 8, 1880 in Republic County, Kans., and died October 21, 1933, aged 53 years, 8 months and 13 days.
He came to Okla. In 1910 and resided sixteen miles north and one west of Carnegie for 18 years. He has been at his home in Carnegie for the past six months. He is survived by his widow and twelve children; Mrs. J.D. Benton, Amarillo, Tex; Mrs. Hazel Bailey, Granite, Colo., Mrs. Blanche McLeroy (probably McLemore), Colony; Mrs. Nellie Mackey, Oklahoma City; M.L. Camp, Eakly and the other children are at home in Carnegie. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Chas. Gilworth, Alfalfa and Mts. Lena Stevens, Beaver City and one brother, C.H. Camp, Paulette, Kans.
Mr. Camp has been a member of Church of Christ since 1911.
