"Mrs. C. E. Sturgis Succumbs At Age 93.
Mrs. Ellen L. Sturgis, 93, formerly of the Villa Vista Nursing Home, died April 13 at 4:30 a.m. an Conestoga View, after an illness of 20 years.
She was the widow of Charles E. Sturgis. Born in Lititz, a daughter of the late John and Mary Sesseman, she resided in York from 1952 to 1965, and was a member of the Lititz Moravian Church.
Her only survivors are a son-in-law, Myrl S. Baker, Lancaster, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted this afternoon (Thursday) from the Eshbach Parlor of the Lititz Moravian Church. Interment in the Moravian Cemetery."
