In 1885 the Keister family lost 4 children and Ella's father William. Ella was the youngest in the family and was born after her father had died.


Ella Cleveland Keister married George Cameron Siron Nov 4, 1904, near McKendree (This is a church near the Siron home in Doe Hill, VA.) They were married by Rev Southall. Cameron and Ella first moved to Porterville, California, where her brother Henry lived and Cameron worked for him. The couple moved to Lexington, Illinois some time after that and raised their family there. They were members of the United Brethern Church.
