Elva Signora Keister was the daughter of William Rennick Keister and Martha McCoy. Signora married Charles Preston Bradshaw in 1904. He was the son of James Bland Bradshaw and Mary Wamsley. Before Signora was married she taught school in the Highland Co. area (1903-05).
