Mary Maixner Ruckle

Mary Maixner Ruckle, 82, lifelong resident of the Benton and Greenwich communities, died Tuesday in a local hospital.

She was born June 18, 1886 in Wichita and was a member of the Methodist church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank John in 1940.

She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Helen Holder, Benton, Mrs. Mary Raber, Davenport, Ia., Mrs. Lenora Hestwood, McPherson, Kan., Miss Doris Maixner, 137 Mathewson and Miss Alice Maixner, Benton; two sons, Leslie Maixner, Douglass, Kan. and Edward Maixner, Loveland, Colo.; two brothers, Martin Price and Dan Price, both of Cherokee, Okla. and 12 grandchildren.

Interment will be in Green Valley cemetery at Benton. Arrangements will be announced by Downing mortuary.

RUCKLE -- Funeral services for Mary Maixner Ruckle, 62, who passed away Tuesday in a local hospital, will be held Thursday, July 22, 2 p. m., in the Benton Methodist church. Rev. John Yoeman and Rev. B. F. White will officiate. Interment will be in Green Valley cemetery near Furley Services announced by Downing.
