Wilda Trilby (Taylor) Starkey was born on Aug. 31, 1914, in Bass, AR, daughter of John L. and Ellis Catherine (McCutcheon) Taylor. She died on Dec. 9, 1991 in the North Arkansas Medical Center, at the age of 77. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Stella M. Starkey, one sister, Wanda Dickey, and one granddaughter, Gina Starkey. She was a 43 year resident of Boone County and a member of the Bellefonte Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Arlin L Starkey of the home; five sons, Bill of Mountain Home, Jerl of Dewey, OK, Rex of Rivera Beach, FL, John of Bellefonte and James of Joplin, MO; six daughters, Mary K Bolin of Bellefonte, Wanda G Williams of San Pablo, CA, Iva F Mulford of Harrison, Elizabeth A Zeliff of Pecos, TX, Linda R Chaffin of Harrison, and Debra K. Bushong of Pekin, IL; one brother, C.A. Taylor of Oklahoma Ciy, and one sister, Ruby Siekel of Oklahoma City, 29 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
