RUBY SEIKEL-WHITE joined our Lord on Dec. 17, 2005 after an extended illness. Services for Ruby will be held at Memorial Road Church of Christ on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with burial following at Gracelawn Cemetery.
Ruby was born in Bass, Ark., on Oct. 26, 1932, to John and Maudie Taylor. She graduated from Bentonville High School. After Ruby's daughter was grown, she became the house mom at UCO's Sigma Kappa. Later, Ruby worked where she loved to be, the Memorial Road Church of Christ. Parkinson's disease took her too soon, but her loving, gentle spirit and sense of humor carries on.
Ruby is survived by husband, Claude; daughter, Gail and husband Larry Givens; grandchildren, Kelsey and Austin Redd. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, two sisters, and infant grandchild.
