Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Tisdale Timmons will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Providence Baptist Church near Macedonia, officiated by the Rev. Thomas T. Rawls and the Rev. E. C. Smith. Burial will follow in the Harmony Methodist Cemetery near Andrews, directed by the Dial Funeral Home of Moncks Corner.

Pallbearers will be Tom McCants, Rufus Thames, David Timmons, Mendel Timmons, Ira Timmons, and Bobby Moore.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. P. O. Shillinglaw, Dempsey Johnson, Otto Brinson, Ray Taylor, Berry Taylor, and Jettie Guerry.

Mrs. Timmons died Wednesday night at Berkeley County Hospital.

She was born Jan. 21, 1890, in the Cedar Swamp section of Williamsburg County, a daughter of the late James (sic) Edgar Tisdale and Mary Ellen Fulton Tisdale. She was a member of the Providence Baptist Church.
