She is survived by: 3 sons, Elmer Montlee (Faye) Abbott, Lonnie Luther Abbott, and Jack Denzel (Sandy) Abbott; 3 daughters, Shirley Joyce Frazier, Betty J. Dyson, and Deleen Kinkaid. She is also survived by: 23 grandchildren, Scottie Abbott, Terri Lee Nicols, Tami Faye Jones, Nora Ann Marcum, Mark Abbott, Susan Richardson, Michael Abbott, Lisa Brown, Matthew Abbott, Carl Young, Karen Brown, Robin Frazier, LaVan Sadler, patricia Dalton, Cira Thomas, Laura Lester, Eugene, David, Tom, and Tim Sadler, Becky Blackburn, Renee Kennett, and Travis Parmley; 46 great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Lee and Amanda Troxell, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Arlen Abbott; and 1 son, Steven Arthur Abbott.

She was born June 3, 1922 in Monticello, Ky. the daughter of the late Lee and Amanda (Crabtree) Troxell.
She was preceded in death by her husband-Arlen Abbott.
Funeral Services were held Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Johnny Dunbar officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
