Newton Bender died at the home of his brother in-law, William Worley on west 1st street at 1 o’clock this afternoon of heart and lung trouble. Mr. Bender had been sick only since Sunday having returned from a visit at Youngstown on that date in fairly good health.

He leaves three sisters, Mrs. Worley, Mrs. Gordon Back and Mrs. Ella Hegwood, of this city and one brother, Jack Bender of Younstown (sic). The funeral is Thursday.
