WILLARD H. WISEMAN DIES IN 76TH YEAR
Willard Homer Wiseman died Wednesday at 6:50 p.m. in his home at Corydon. He was 75 years of age. A native of Harrison County, he was the son of the late William H. and Virginia Deatrick Wiseman. He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of the Bethel EUB Church. Survivors include his wife, Margaret May Van Diver Wiseman; 3 sons, Jesse L. Wiseman of Corydon, Claude E. Wiseman, Clarksville and Roy E. Wiseman, Indianapolis; 3 daughters, Mrs. Ella M. Walter, Indianapolis, Miss Edith Wiseman and Mrs. Anna L. Timberlake of Corydon; 1 brother, Claude E. Wiseman of New Albany; 1 sister, Mrs. Florence Deen of Corydon; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The body was at Beanblossom-Steenbergen Funeral Home. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. William Byrum at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Bethel EUB Church, Central. Pallbearers were Noah Thompson, Larry Wiseman, Gilbert Wiseman, Rob Roby, Artie Frakes and Robert Deen. Burial was in the Bethel Cemetery.
