MRS. JESSIE WISEMAN SUCCUMBS TO ILLNESS - BURIAL IN BETHEL CEMETERY AT CENTRAL
Mrs. Jessie Lee Wiseman, died last Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock at her home near Corydon, following a lingering illness of a heart ailment. Born in Scott Township, she was the daughter of the late William & Sarah Ann Cosby McGuire. Mrs. Wiseman was a member of Potato Run E.U.B. Church. The body was at the Beanblossom Funeral Home. Funeral rites were held Sunday afternoon at the Bethel E.U.B. Church at Central, conducted by the Rev. W.C. Shrode and Rev. Stanley Sipes. Burial was in the church cemetery. Surviving are her husband, Willard H. Wiseman, 2 sons and 3 daughters by a former marriage: Guthrie Paris and Mrs. Beatrice Bolen of New Albany; Sgt. Winfield Paris, with the US Army in Germany; Mrs. Minnie McAdams and Mrs. Susie McAdams, both of Corydon. She also leaves 14 grandchildren, a brother, Hayes McGuire of Louisville and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Curts, of New Amsterdam
