Fairmount Man, Relative of Local People, Dies Tuesday

FAIRMOUNT - William McBroom, 74 years of age, died Tuesday night at the Manteno, Ill., hospital, where he had been a patient for the past week. Mr. McBroom had been a resident of this community most of his life, where he farmed for many years, still residing on the farm.
He was a brother-in=law of Mrs. Celia Cast of Sidell, and also an uncle of Mrs. Raymond Rossman and Lester Rice. In 1906 Mr. McBroom was married to Mary Nugent, who died four months ago.
The body was brought to Fairmount by N. E. Carrington, local undertaker.
