Mrs. Lucinda Phillips Came From Indiana.
Mrs. Lucinda PHILLIPS, 79, died at her home, 404 Taylor street, yesterday afternoon. She was born in Jefferson county, Indiana, and came to Kansas in 1879.
She resided in Jefferson county until 1904 when she moved to Topeka.
She is survived by three son, O.A. PHILLIPS, A.C. PHILLIPS and Frank PHILLIPS, of Topeka; three daughters, Mrs. O.B. HUMPHRIES, Lucas, Kan.; Mrs. Clara INSCHO and Mrs. Ida HUMPHRIES, of Topeka; and a brother, W.H. FITCH, of Wamego.
Funeral services will be at her home at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.
Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery.
