Juna B. Sanchez, 29, died Monday at an Albuquerque hospital from a extended illness. He was a life time resident of Las Vegas and made his home at 1321 South Pacific St. He was a graduate of East Las Vegas High School and was a student of Highlands University and a member of AZI.
He was a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Adelina Sanchez and two sons, Victor and John Jeffery, and his parents Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Sanchez of Las Vegas, and one sister, Mrs. Tony Esquibel of Albuquerque.
Rosery service will be held tonight at 7:30 at the Gonzales Chapel with members of the American Legion as Honor Guard. Members of Post No. 12 of the American Legion are requested to be at the Gonzales Chapel at 7 o'clock.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday moring at 9 from our Lady of Sorrows Church with interment at San Jose Cemetery. Gonzales Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
