John Jeffery Sanchez, 28, a well known resident of 404 Bernal St. passed away in Bernalillo County Medical Center in Albuquerque, Thursday evening following an extended illness.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Adelina M. Sanchez of Las Vegas; one brother Victor L. Sanchez and wife, Veronica, of Las Vegas; paternal grandmother, Mrs Cruz Sanchez of Las Vegas; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Joe Gurule of Trinidad, Colorado; one nephew, Victor Michael Sanchez of Las Vegas, one Aunt Mrs. Rosanna Gonzales of Trinidad, and one uncle, Luciano Muniz of Denver, Colorado.
Rosary devotional services will be conducted this evening at 7:30 from the Chapel of the Rogers Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted, Saturday morning at 9:30 from Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Interment will follow in Jan Jose Cemetery. (Published June 9, 1980)
