Born Jan. 3, 1970, in Rockford, the daughter of Algen Cheairs and Betty Daniels. Member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Ulisa attended Auburn High School. She leaves to cherish many loving memories, daughters, Keairra and Keneisha Jones; sons, Kenneth Jr., Kennon and Johnny Jones; grandson, Kaleb Lofton; parents, Algen Cheairs of Rockford and Betty (Willie) McGee of Durant, Miss.; sisters, Colette Cheairs, Kim and Donna Lamon; brothers, Algen Lamon and Lee Willie Lilly; maternal grandmother; Mary F. Taylor-Allen; paternal grandfather, Dallas Bills Jr.; goddaughter, Cori'sha Bell; a host of other relatives and friends, including special aunt, Mary (Gary) Taylor-Gray, and special friends, Kenneth Jones Sr. and Willa Dean Johnson. Predeceased by grandfathers, H.T Allen and Willie D. Taylor; grandmother, Carrie Holland; and friends, Brian Bell and Lula Mae Bass. Special thanks to Dr. Craig Rogers.
