Fred Rubenkoenig, 76, was a member of a pioneer Young County family. He was a member of the Christian Church. Mr. Rubenkoenig was engaged in farming and ranching in Young County for many years and was widely known in West Texas.

Survived by his wif;e one son Herman Rubenkoenig; two grandchildren - Ralph H Rubenkoenig and Mary Maud Lippincott; three brothers - John Rubenkoenig, Harry Rubenkoenig, Louis Rubenkoenig; three sisters - Miss Minnie Rubenkoenig, Miss Elsie Rubenkoenig and Louise Rubenkoenig.
