OBIT: F.L. Peterson Passes Away - Frank L. Peterson, 77, died at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday at a Havre hospital, following a cerebral hemorrhage. Frank L. Peterson was born March 4, 1863, in Chicago, son of Knut Peterson. He came to Montana in 1910, homesteading out from Great Falls, making his home off and on his homestead until 1938. During that period he had also at times operated a grocery store in Great Falls. About two years ago he retired. Recently he made his home with his sons. His wife passed away in 1923. Surviving him are one daughter, Mrs. Victor Westphal, Fort Atkinson, Wis.; and five sons, F.E. of Havre; R.L. and Irving of Great Falls; Russell of Milwaukee, Wis.; Theodore of Toledo, Ohio. Burial will be by the side of his wife in Great Falls. Mr. Peterson was a member of the Great Falls Masonic lodge, A.F. and A.M., No. 118, he being a life member.
