Mrs Hattie Crossett Niver, wife of John Niver, died at her home in South Livonia Wednesday noon after an illness of several months.
Mrs Niver was born in Lakeville 69 years ago, the daughter of Charles and Eliza Deal Crossett, and had lived in and around Lakeville and Geneseo until fifteen years ago when they purchased the farm where she died.
Mrs Niver is survived by her husband; one son, Charles Niver of Conesus; two daughters, Mrs Wm Rossborough of North Java and Mrs Clyde Fugle of South Livonia; four sisters, Mrs Harvey Barnhardt of Springwater, Eleanor Crossett of South Livonia, Nellie Crossett of Lakeville, and Mrs Samuel Collins of Hemlock; two brothers, Ora Crossett of Oak Hill and John Crossett of Conesus; several nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held from the home at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon with the Rev F T Fowler officiating. Burial in Oak Mount cemetery.
