Funeral services will be held at the Taft Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Tuesday for Taft resident Louis Leon "Tex" Crain, 75. Committal services and internment will follow at West Side District Cemetery.

Mr. Crain was born in Corsicana, Texas on April 22, 1918 and passed away in Bakersfield on Thursday. Mr. Crain moved to Taft in 1964 and was employed by Sun Oil for 27 years.

Mr. Crain is survived by his wife of 56 years, Vida Crain, his two sons, his daughter, his 10 grandchildren; and his 14 great-grandchildren.
