Agnes Sanders Alberty was the seventh child of Mitchell Sanders and Susannah (a full blood Cherokee). Born circa 1788, Cherokee Nation East. Aggy married Jacob Alberty, son of Frederick Alberti, circa 1805. Aggy died circa 1852, probably Going Snake Dist., Indian Territory.(now Oklahoma).

She was the mother of Johnson, Lydia, Moses and Sallie Alberty.

Listed on the 1835 Census Roll at Talking Rock Creek, Georgia.

Aggy Alberty removed from the Cherokee Nation East to the Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory with the Bell Detachment, in 1838.

She was enrolled on the 1851 Drennan Roll as Aggy Alberty.
