James Edward Parker, 92, of Peebles, died Thursday, December 4, at the Christ Hospital Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Parker was born on March 2, 1911 the son of the late James and Judith Ann (Hamilton) Parker in Scioto County. Survivors include his wife Edna Sizemore Parker of Peebles; eight daughters Venus Blanton of Otway, Judith Ann Stephenson and Violet Lee Robinson both of Peebles, Rebecca Blanton of West Union, Wanda Lawwill of Piketon, Marcella Parker of Creenfield, Penny Taylor of Portsmouth; Rhilda Taylor of Washington Court House; two sons James E and David Parker both of Blue Creek; thirty seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
