From the Jamestown Evening Journal, January 8, 1918:

Mrs. Jennie Hazeltine Andrews died Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter Mrs. F.M. Laird, Seneca Falls, N.Y. She is survived by a son Frank Andrews of New York. Two brothers Dr. Laban Hazeltine of this city and A.F. Hazeltine of St. Louis, Mo., a sister Mrs. Martha H. Cutler of Huntington, N.J.

The remains will be brought to this city for interment and the funeral service will be held from the home of Mr. & Mrs. Luther S. Lakin, 283 Fairmount Ave., Wed. afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.

Bearers: F.M. Laird, F.R. Andrews, Albert Hazeltine, Erwin D. Shearman, Luther S. Lakin and Henry Lakin.

Present from away: Mr & Mrs F.M. Laird and daughter Katherine Jane of Seneca Falls, Albert Hazeltine of St. Louis and F.R. Andrews of New York.

Mrs. Charles Andrews

Word was received here this morning of the death of Mrs. Charles Andrews, Seneca Falls. Mrs. Andrews was formerly Miss Jennie Hazeltine, daughter of Richard Hazeltine and sister of Dr. Laban Hazeltine of Jamestown. She was a cousin of A.J. Hazeltine of this city. Mrs Andrews at one time resided in Warren and will be remembered by the older residents. She died at the home of her daughter at Seneca Falls, N.Y. Funeral services will be held in Jamestown, Wednesday afternoon.
