Mouke & Junior age 76 yrs. of Washington, Va. died 13 Jan 2001 at his residence. born the 10th child of the late Milton Mortimore Hawkins Sr. & Stella Nicholson Hawkins in Rappahannock on 12 Jan 1925. WWII veteran with the 35th Infantry Division which in 10 months battled across the Elbe River to within 45 miles of Berlin. Wife of 55 years, Dorothy Burke Hawkins. Sons, Ronald Davidson Hawkins of Prince William Co. & Stewart Willis Hawkins of Illinois. Grandson, Ronald Davidson Hawkins of Pennsylvania. Sisters, Bessie H. Brown of Front Royal, Ada H. Turner of Roanoke, Va. & Elise H. Boswell of Boswell, Va. Brother, Earl Hawkins of Luray. A number of nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by 4 sisters & one brother. Burial at Washington Masonic Cemetery. (NVD)
