Robert Howard "Bobby" Locke Sr., age 68 of Dalton, departed this life on Wednesday morning, at his home.
Bobby was the son of the late Jessie Lee Locke and Ester Rymer Locke Romines. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Franklin Locke; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom A. and Ella C. Franklin; sister-in-law, Louise Franklin and Patsy Franklin Watkins; nephew, Carl Benjamin Franklin; brothers, James and Gary Locke; sisters, Betty Ruth Jackson and Deborah Locke Edwards Price.
Bobby was a master electrician and plumer. He proudly served his county in the Georgia Army National Guard. He was a member of the American Legion Post 112 and the F&AM Masonic Lodge Dalton 105.
He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Locke; special friend, Leslie Wilkins; son and daughter-in-law, Robert Howard Jr. and Crystal Locke; sisters, Jean Burns and Sue Gill; brothers, Tommy and Jeannette Locke and Roger Locke.
