Clarence Holbrook Dies at Home In Sunset, Utah Word was received in Star Valley Tuesday of the death of Clarence m. Holbrook, 76, a former resident and pioneer of this community. He died of causes incident to age at his home in Sunset, Utah.

Mr Holbrook was born Oct 2,1882 in Bountiful, Utah, to Joseph Hyrum A. and Catherine Cooper Holbrook. He married Fanny Pearl Barlow, May 5, 1904 in the Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was a cattleman in Star Valley for many years and operated a dairy in Afton. He was active in church organizations and community affairs here, and reared a large family. He moved to Ogden in 1943, and to Sunset the following year. He worked at the Clearfield Naval Supply Depot until 1947, when he retired.

He is survived by his widow and the following sons and daughters; Kenneth B., Etna Wyo.; Melnot B., Rigby, Idaho; Truman B.,, Modesto, Calif.; Mrs Vern (Maurise) Campbell, Ogden; Mrs L.A. (Reita) Tolman, Long Beach Calif.; Mrs Wilford L (Wilda) Izatt, Sunset, Utah; Mrs Sam (Aleen) Hartman, Basin, Wyo. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and three sisters.
Funeral services are being held today (Friday) at 1 p,m, in the Aultorest Funeral Chapel at Ogden. Burial will be in the Garden-Cripts, Aultorest Memorial Park,
