Marshall, Ill., Nov. 4 – Mrs. Cecile D. Burnett, wife of J. R. Burnett, president of the Dulaney National Bank, died Sunday night in the Union Hospital at Terre Haute. She was the last child of the late R. L. Dulaney, founder of the Dulaney National Bank.

Surviving besides the husband, are two sons, W. D. Burnett of Marshall and James R. Burnett, Jr., of La Grange, Ill., and two daughters, Mrs. Anna B. Hunter, of Cleveland, Ohio, and Miss Elizabeth Burnett at home. The body was taken to the Moore Funeral Home.
