Hector B. Dulaney, 72 years old, died suddenly at the home of his sister, Mrs. J. R. Burnett, about 2 o'clock, Sunday afternoon. Although he had been in bad health for the past six months his death was unexpected.
He is survived by one brother, Harry B. Dulaney, president of the Dulaney National Bank, and one sister, Mrs. J. R. Burnett.
The deceased was a life-long resident of Clark County and prominently identified with the interests of the county. For many years past he had spent the winters in California, residing at his Elks Lodge home in Los Angeles. He was a member of the Brownwood Elks lodge.
The funeral services were conducted at the Burnett home, Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment was in the Marshall Cemetery.
