"Martin F. Chism, 69, Cement Finisher, Dies --- Martin F. Chism, 69, of 921 N. 34th St. died at 5:53 a.m. today at St. Mary's Hospital after an illness of three weeks.

"Mr. Chism was born April 23, 1889, in Wolf Creek, KY, a son of John and Emma Bullick Chism.

"He was employed as a cement finisher and lived in Decatur for 38 years. He was a member of Cement Finishers Union 103.

"Mr. Chism leaves two daughters, Mrs. Mary Schultheis of Creve Coeur, and Mrs. Evelyn Prudhorn, Livermore, CA; two sons, Ralph of Decatur and Andrew of Springfield; two brothers, Dorcey of Homer and Owen of Lerna; and four sisters, Mrs. Grace Gleason of Wolf Creek, KY, Mrs. Leatha Stiles, Minneapolis, MN, Mrs. Edith Michal, Los Angeles, CA, and Mrs Ila Myers, Mattoon. One son and one sister preceded him in death.

"Funeral services will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in the J. J. Moran and Sons chapel with burial in Lerna
