Mrs. Olive M. Rickert, wife of David J. Rickert, of Lexington, Lititz RD1, died a t 3:15 a.m. Sunday at Lancaster General Hospital after an illness of 10 weeks. She was sixty-seven.
A resident of Lexington for the past 46 years, she was a member of the Lititz Moravian Church. She was a daughter of the late Horace and Katie Kline Sturgis.
She belonged to the Dorcas Circle of King’s Daughters. Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Herma, wife of B. John Losensky, this borough; and Verona, wife of Russel R. Erb, Lititz RD1; four grandchildren, and these brothers and sisters: Morris Sturgis, Lititz RD1; Ellie, wife of Arthur Campbell, Wrightsville; Miss Verona Sturgis, Springfield, Mass.; Kathryn, wife of George McCauley, Lancaster; Horace Sturgis, Manheim RD4, and Mrs. Evelyn Dutko, Pennington, N. J.
Services were held yesterday afternoon from the Moravian Church, with Rev. Carl J. Helmich officiating. Interment was made in the Moravian Cemetery."
