Daughter of Nelson Bundy, born in New York, and Hannah Jackson, born in Ohio. They were married May 20, 1844, in Burlington, Iowa.

Sources disagree on the year of her birth. Dates quoted are August 31, 1853 and August 31, 1855. However, when she married Jack Wilson in early 1893, she stated that she was going to be 44 years old on her next birthday (hence, born in 1849) and that is generally supported by early census records:

1850 - age 1 (Benton Township, Des Moines County, Iowa)
1856 - age 6 (Benton Township, Des Moines County, Iowa)
1860 - age 9 (Flint River Township, Des Moines County, Iowa)

An affidavit for Rohama's first marriage was issued June 13, 1874, in Douglas County, Nebraska. Gipson Boys resided at Omaha, over the age of consent, born in England, father - William Boys, mother's maiden name - Mary Easton. (His surname is also found as Boyce and Boyse.) Rohama resided at Omaha, over the age of consent, born in Iowa, father - Nelson Bunday; mother's maiden name - Hannah Jackson. (There's no actual marriage record accompanying this affidavit, but when Rohama married Jack Wilson in 1893, she stated it was her third marriage.)

The next documented marriage was to "Albert Ritenburg" of Omaha, age 34, born in New York. Miss Rohama Bunday of Omaha, age 27, born at Burlington, Iowa, daughter of Nelson Bunday and Hannah Jackson. They were married in Omaha on March 10, 1879, and were counted together in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1880. He is found as Alvah, Alvie J. and Alva J. His surname is also found at Rittenberg, Rittenburg and Rettenberg.

Hancock County marriage license #588 was issued at Carthage on January 19, 1893, to Jack Wilson, 41, of "Durham, Hancock County" and "Miss Rohama Bundy", 43, of LaHarpe. They were married on Jan 22, by W N Byler, J.P., at the residence of Newton Hurdle, at "Durham, Hancock County." When the lower part of the license was filled in, the J.P. wrote Mrs. (over Miss) Rohama Bundy. Witnesses were Newton Hurdle and James Babcock. On the accompanying Board of Health document, Rohama reported: full name - Rohama Bundy; maiden name, if a widow - Rohama Bundy; residence - LaHarpe; age at next birthday - 44; place of birth - Burlington Iowa; father's name - Nelson Bundy; mother's maiden name - Hannah Jackson. She stated it was her third marriage.

Jack Wilson died May 17, 1905. In his obituary, it was stated that when he married Rohama, she was Mrs. Rohama Marvin. (Had there been an interim marriage? In the State of Illinois database of marriage licenses, there's an entry for a James Marvin who married Rohanna Williams about December 25, 1891, in Hancock County.)
