Juanita Casey Kizer of Lubbock departed this life on July 23, 2008 at the age of 88 years. She was born on June 13, 1920 to Benjamin and Ellie Catherine (Spence) Casey in Lubbock. Juanita attended Lubbock High School and graduated in 1938. She married Nat Kizer on March 3, 1945 at the Shepherd Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. He preceded her in death on January 12, 2002. Mrs. Kizer was a homemaker. She was a member of First Methodist Church.
Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Kris Kizer and Karla Wardroup, both of Lubbock; one son-in-law, Richard L. Wardroup of Lubbock; three grandchildren, Jason and Jeffrey Bigham and Taylor Sondergaard; and four great-grandchildren, Price, Hannah, Andrew, and Jack Bigham.
Graveside Service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 28, 2008 at Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock.
