She passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Monroe, UT.

Kelly was born July 30, 1958 in Provo, UT at the Utah Valley Hospital, to Gloria Dawn Mower and Newell Dee Cox.

The first of three children she grew up in Orem, UT.

At an early age she loved gymnastics, eventually attaining a State Championship on the uneven bars.

She loved roller-skating and hanging out with friends.

Her dreams in life included motherhood and a strong family structure - she enjoyed watching her children grow and devoted her life to family.

At the age of 26 she moved to Provo and worked for Signetics, establishing as strong career as a machinist.
