She was born at Butteville August 22, 1860 and is of pioneer stock. She was the daughter of William E. and Sarah E. Paris and came with her parents to the present homesite in April, 1865. The Duck Inn on the corner of her property, where she has lilved for the past 74 years.
She is survived by one brother Herman Paris, at home. One cousin,Nellie E. Oliver, Portland.
Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church at Gervais at 2:30 today. Interment will be in Belle Passi cemetery, beside her husband,Edwin Walker, who died several years ago.
