She is survived by two children, Gerald L. Arter and his wife Betty, Columbia and Linda K. Becker of Manheim; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Her sister, Mary Jane Aston, of Lancaster also survives. She was preceded in death by 4 children, Sheila Arter, Carol Cooke, Chester H. Arter, Jr. and Barry D. Arter.
Funeral services will be held from the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc., 519 Walnut St., Columbia, PA on Thursday at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Mark S. Kopp officiating. Interment in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday one hour prior to the service. Kindly omit flowers. Contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 3544 N.
