Mrs. Hobson Johnson, age 67, of Rte. #1 Denton, passed away early Monday morning after a lengthy battle with cancer. Funeral services were held at 2:30 on Tuesday at the funeral home Chapel, with Rev. Harvey Strickland and Rev. John Mathis officiating. The interment followed in the Hazlehurst City Cemetery.

She was the former Trevie Belle Reagin and was the daughter of the late Charlie and Eula Crumby Reagin. Trevie was a member of the Excelsior Methodist Church and a life long resident of Jeff Davis County.

Survivors include:
Her husband, Hobson Johnson.
One daughter, Mrs. Lewey "Hilda" Cato of Hamlet N C.
Two sisters: Mrs. Lillie Rogers of Boise Idaho and Mrs. Lloyd Thornton of Hazlehurst.
Four brothers: Crumby Reagin of Atlanta. Coley, Edward and Byron Reagin, all of Hazlehurst.
Three grandsons: Larry, Hobby and Jerry Cato.
One great grandson, Lawrence Cato.

Active pallbearers were: C J Reagin, Charlie Reagin, Alfred Smith, Guy Johnson, Leroy Reagin and Billy Reagin.
Honorary pallbearers were: Hovis Floyd, J.B Livingston, E.L Reagin, Vernon Barbee, James H. Walker, R T. Berryhill, Lester Sinclair, H B Adams,

Thomas-Wainright Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
