Irwin E. "Duffy" Aller, 78, of Everett, died Oct. 24,1989, at the Bedford County Memorial Hospital. Born in Six Mile Run on Nov. 10, 1910, Mr. Aller was the son of Elliott and Fannie (McDonald) Aller. He was united in marriage to Floria Hughes on June 27,1936. His wife preceded him in death on Jan. 26, 1977. Mr. Aller is survived by six children: Mrs. Patrick (Dorothy) Rondeau, Shirley Jean Nicely, Mrs. Paul (Virginia) Eichelberger, Helen Dishong and Larry Aller, all of Everett; and Eva Welsh of Hopewell. Also surviving are three sisters: Frances Brantner, Hopewell; Helen Ritchey, Saxton; and Alberta Strait, Chambersburg. Mr. Aller was preceded in death by one son and one daughter. Mr. Aller was primarily a coal-miner. In 1975, he retired from Restlawn Cemetery in La Vale, Maryland after 15 years of service.
