1930, 01 Jun: Federal Census listed them at #1218 Graham Avenue in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Coon had a job as a Laborer on one of the 8 RRs in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
1935, 09 Apr: Auto Mechanic Conrad Wiese (38) b. IA & w. School Custodian Myrtle (35) b. IA & student sons: Vernus (14) b. IA & Virgil (13) b. IA.
1940, 09 Apr: Same as above.
Myrtle & Conrad were divorced sometime before WWII started, as Myrtie went to the Portland, Oregon shipyards and became a "Rosie The Riveter".
1942, 21 Oct: Myrtle wed #2) Arthur C. Hansen in Portland, OR
They moved back to Council Bluffs, Iowa after their jobs were eliminated.
Art got a job on the C&NW Rlwy as a Pipe-fitter and they lived on No.9th Street. {I was told it had been the previous Wiese Home}.
1947, 10 Feb: Franz Frederick Steckleberg (87) b. IA d. in Manilla, IA.
1961, 27 Oct: Arthur Christian Hansen (62) d. in his apt nr Chicago, Cook Co., IL and was interred in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens Cem. in Missouri Valley, IA next to Hansen Kin.
Sometime before she got ill, Myrtie sold the Hansen Home, and moved "into" town to a retirement complex on Willow Ave.
1973, 29 Sep: Myrtie (69) d. [Cancer] in Mercy Hospital & was bur. next to her 1st husband Conrad "Coon" Wiese, their son, Vernus E. Wiese & his wife Agnes "Babe" Wiese.
