MOSER RITES HELD FRIDAY

Funeral services were held last Friday from the Tuecke funeral chapel for Mrs. Bertha F. Moser, 68, who died March 11 following a stroke. The services were conducted by Rev. Howard Black, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church.

Burial was in the Guttenberg City cemetery with the following as pallbearers: Robert Lewin, Harvey Kulper, Charles Moser and Donald Hansel.

Mr. Moser was born January 14, 1890, in Mallory Township, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Hansel. On March 29, 1911, she was married to Andrew W. Moser at Osterdock. He had been a lifelong resident of the community.

Surviving Mrs. Moser are six sons, Arthur L. Moser of Guttenberg, Harry Moser of Garnavillo, Lester Moser of Guttenberg, Ira Moser of Guttenberg, Lloyd Moser of Cedar Rapids and Richard Moser of Guttenberg.

Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, one brother, Fred Hansel of Elkader, and three sisters, Mrs. John Kulper of Guttenberg, Mrs. Ben Kulper of Colesburg, and Mrs. Tom Guinn of Englewood, Florida.

She was preceded in death by Mr. Moser and two sons, James and Raymond.
