HOUMA - Laura "Peachie" Campise Trahan, 55, died Tuesday, June 3, 2003.

She was a native of Tickfaw, homemaker and a member of St. Anthony

Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Michael John Trahan Sr. of Houma; stepchildren, Michael J. Trahan Jr. and Jina Trahan, both of Houma, and Mark Trahan of Beaumont, Texas; brothers, Roy Campise, Peter Campise Sr., Steve Campise Sr. and Salvadore Campise Sr., all of Tickfaw;
sisters, Mary Costa of Loranger, Betty Lund of Poplarville, Miss., Lena Lehman of Ponchatoula, and Rose Scott of Tickfaw.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paschal Paul Campise and Frances Gentille Campise.

Visitation will be today at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 5 to 9 p.m., and Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home, 5899 Highway 311, Houma, from 8 until the funeral at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Houma.
