Canandaigua. Apr 19 — Mrs. Otisca L. Simmons. The widow of Charles W. Simmons, died last night at her home in South Main Street. She leaves two sons and two daughters. Arthur C. and Carl R. Simmons of Canandaigua, Mrs. George A. Bridgman of Rochester and Mrs. Rex Fisher of Bristol. Funeral Wednesday at 2:30 o'clock.
