Daughter of Joseph Moore (1825–1894) and Matilda Minkler Moore (1833–1920). Sister to: Catherine Christine Moore Dedrick (1854–1932), George Moore (1856–1891), Helen Moore Saulpaugh (1859–1917), Hannah Moore Cross (1860–1946), Mary A Moore (1865–?), Joseph O Moore (1865–1928) and James A Moore (1871–1929). She married Chester G Rivenburgh (1858–1913) at the Lutheran parsonage on the evening of October 11th, 1891. From this union there were four known children (6 in total): Maude Rifenburgh (1892–?), Florence C Rifenburgh Moore (1897–1977), Daniel Rifenburgh (1899–before 1910) and Jennie A Rifenburgh (1902–?). When her husband dies in 1913, Ida raises her children alone but by 1920 she is married to Brock Minkler (1856-1931), the son of Crawford Minkler and Mary Like Minkler. There are no known children from this union.
